Groupe De Palma was mandated to organize a strategic planning week by a Quebec company with headquarters at the 4 corners of the globe. The meeting was held in Montreal and executives working around the world met in the city for this major annual meeting. The Groupe De Palma experience was felt from the very first minutes with a 2- day reception at the airport of the Vice Presidents and their spouses. Hotel rooms and conference rooms were reserved and various activities for spouses accompanying employees were organized in order to please everyone: visit of the city and its museums, yoga session, shopping in the best downtown shops, day at the spa, tour of the vineyards of neighboring regions, everything had been thought out and organized so that the guests just had to enjoy their visit in Montreal. A hostess was present with each group of visitors to accompany them and translate the information as needed,. It goes without saying that everyone was delighted with their unforgettable visit to Montreal, and have fond memories of it.

Groupe De Palma is also a great help during the holiday season and loves to make sure that its clients can offer the gifts they want. This was also the case of a customer who wanted at all costs to offer a tablecloth made from a designer brand fabric. After contacting the company and having been transferred to various points of service in the United States and especially in France, our team knew that this type of fabric was only offered to people holding a regulatory license such as an architect or stylist. Fortunately, Groupe De Palma's network of trusted suppliers is large enough to allow us to contact a designer in California who made the tablecloth from this sumptuous fabric and to which we added beautiful napkins. All beautifully packaged and delivered to the customer on the morning of December 24.

Groupe De Palma was given the mandate to come up with an original concept to celebrate a 40th birthday during COVID-19. Gatherings were prohibited at the time but the team was able to organize a memorable rally for the birthday boy and his wife. Everything had been thought out and calculated to offer a unique experience for this important moment. A luxury vehicle was waiting for the couple in front of their residence on Saturday morning. All the addresses of the day's stopping points had previously been entered into the GPS. At each stop, the birthday boy was given a new envelope by his wife, dictating the location of their next stop. Wine route, tasting of local products, treasure hunt, everything was there for a successful celebration. The culmination of this exciting day was their arrival at the hotel which welcomed them for the night and where everything had been thought of. The reservation, the bouquets of balloons in the room, the glass of bubbly, the delicious meal at the restaurant, the Groupe De Palma concierges made sure that everything would be perfect. To conclude this festive weekend, a breakfast worthy of the best institutions was served to the couple before letting them hit the road, in the luxury car, back to their house.
